You can pin up to three photographs or videos.
Follow these instructions to begin pinning:

Updates for Sensitive Content Control On Instagram
Last year Instagram launched the Sensitive Control Center, where users can define the level of sensitive content that will appear in discover from accounts they don’t follow.
With the new upgrade, Instagram is offering users additional control over sensitive accounts in Search, Accounts You Might Follow, Reels, Hashtag Pages, and In-Feed Recommendations, in addition, to Explore.
There are now three settings in the Sensitive Content Control center: “More,” “Standard,” and “Less.”
- “Standard” is the default setting, which prevents some sensitive material and accounts from being viewed.
- “More” allows individuals to see more sensitive stuff and accounts.
- “Less” allows them to see less sensitive content and accounts than the default setting.
- The “More” option is not available to those under 18.
To use these features, go to Settings > Account > Sensitive Content Control > Select one of the three alternatives.
